Next time you bake homemade biscuits add a 1/2 cup mashed sweet potatoes and use a bit less milk. You will be amazed at the difference. I am going to try baby food sweet potatoes one jar should be just about right. If anyone tries the baby food before me, let me know the results.

Now for something sinfully delicious...Pan-Fried Angel Food Cake, (yes pan fried)
You will need :  one angel food cake.     8 Tbs. butter softened,   Jams and/or honeys of your choice.
Cut cake in 16 slices. Lightly spread cut sides of cake with 1/2 the butter. Add cake slices to a large nonstick skillet. Place skillet over medium-high heat. Cook three minutes or until golden brown. Turn slices. Cook two minutes more or until golden brown. Transfer slices to serving plate. Remove pan from heat and allow to cool while heating jam. In a small saucepan heat jam until it begins to melt. Transfer to serving bowl. Lightly spread remaining cake slices with butter, add to cooled pan, and toast as directed above. Serve with heated jam.
